COMPANY COLLECTION POLICY
In store orders
P.E Kit orders purchased in store must be taken the same day. The Sports Shop will not be liable for any orders left at the shop and not collected, after the day of ordering.
If you are unable to wait or return the same day for your order. Please advise a member of staff and they will put your order through the system, and you will be able to collect your order once you receive a confirmation email.
Online orders / In store orders which require ordering products in.
Orders taken for P.E kits / workwear / personalised items, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be ready for collection.
Orders taken for Teamwear, or products ordered from outside of the UK, please allow approximately 3 – 4 weeks for your order to be ready for collection.
We aim to for all orders to be fulfilled by the time scales given but due to circumstances out of our control this is not always possible (i.e., delays with stock deliveries coming from outside of the UK)
Please try not chase your order before the times advised above. If you have not had confirmation your order is ready after this time, please contact The Sports Shop directly so we can advise the status of your order. (We will always try and keep you up to date with any delays with your order where possible)
Have your order number or receipt ready on collection. If you don’t have either of these please ensure you have the correct order information ready before collecting.
Your order will be held at the shop for 3 months from fulfilment, if you do not collect your order within this time your order will be restocked. We do not issue refunds for these items/orders.
