Refund policy
COMPANY RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30 day returns policy, this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange/return your item must be in the same condition that your received it – Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and return it to us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. We will then evaluate the issue and take the appropriate action to rectify.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to:
Personalised products, special orders, sale items and gift cards.
As we provide personalised, made to order goods we cannot accept returns unless the mistake is on our part, or the garments are faulty.
We will only rectify a mistake within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable except in the case that we cannot fulfil your order within an acceptable timescale.
Refunds are automatically returned via your original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 days for your/our bank or credit card company to process this.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
